Daily Pro Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Purchase entitlements (hint balance, Pro status) are currently stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of entitlements due to clearing browser data, uninstalling the app, or switching devices. We recommend noting your purchase confirmation email as proof of purchase for support requests.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or consumed.

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital purchases. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oh My Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Oh My Game in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
